1. General Policy

  • Ophthalmic medicines and eye care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  • This is in accordance with pharmaceutical safety and hygiene regulations, as any compromise in the sterile seal can pose a significant risk to eye health.

  • Returns or refunds are only processed under specific exceptional conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match your order.

  • Damaged Packaging: If the product is received with a broken seal or physical damage.

  • Expired Product: If the product delivered is past its expiration date.

  • Missing Items: If an item from your confirmed order is missing in the package.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Proof Required: Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared with our support team to verify the claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and clinical hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or Used Medicines: Any eye drop or ointment with a broken nozzle or seal.

  • Temperature-Sensitive Products: Medicines that require specific storage conditions.

  • Incomplete Packaging: Products returned without original boxes, leaflets, or labels.

  • Invalid Prescription: Orders placed without a valid medical prescription (where required).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
